Shipping & Return Policy
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. Orders will take between 2-3 days to process and ship. Orders containing custom lenses will take an additional 10-12 days. We operate Monday-Friday, exclusion of U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Please confirm that your shipping information is correct as we will not able to change the city, state, or zip code nor can packages be rerouted once shipped.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address, or shipping forwarding locations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information so you can monitor your package in transit.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept the unworn or imperfect items for an exchange or return, within 30 days of the date you received the item. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the exchange or return to begin this process. For all prescription orders please be aware you will not be eligible to be refunded for the cost of your prescription. When exchanging or returning items all customers must pay the shipping cost of the return of your current item.
